If your address is just out of range please email me and I may still be able to deliver to your address

Return/Exchange 

  • As all bears are handmade refunds are not possible. However if your bear arrives damaged we will be happy to exchange your bear.

  • Please note that colours may vary slightly from the colour shown in picture, and there maybe a few air bubbles/ variations on your bear. However we believe it is these variations that gives your bear character and make them unique.  

  • You can view the full selection of bears in person if you live locally, simply email me for details.
